Our bespoke floral arch option is perfect for couples who want something truly one-of-a-kind — a ceremony backdrop that reflects your style, colours, and vision. If none of our existing arbors or floral pillars capture exactly what you’re looking for, this is the service for you.

(We do offer a customisation option for our existing rentals — you can add flowers in any colour you choose, which can completely transform the look. But for those seeking a fully bespoke creation, we can build an entirely unique arch.)

With a minimum of 4 months’ notice, we’ll work closely with you to create a statement piece. Using your Pinterest board or inspiration images as a guide, we’ll ensure your arch complements your venue, palette, and overall wedding style.

At Petal Wild, every arch is designed and hand-built here in the Midlands by our small team of floral artists. We use only the highest-quality Real Touch© and hand-painted silk florals, chosen for their ultra-realistic look and lifelike movement. Blended with fresh accents where appropriate, our arches are lush, full, and photogenic — leaving guests astonished that they aren’t fresh flowers. Because our materials are not seasonal, we can source nearly any flower or colour combination, giving you complete creative freedom.

Pricing & Dimensions

• Semi-Custom Arches – adapted from our signature designs with your colour palette: £1,200–£1,600

• Full Bespoke Arches – entirely original, custom-built designs: £2,500–£3,200

Typical dimensions:

• Custom arches: 8ft wide × 8ft tall × 2ft deep

• Custom floral pillars: 7ft tall (pair), width varies with placement

All designs include the structural frame(s), weights, and supports necessary for safety and stability, including protection against wind for outdoor use.

What’s Included

• Professional delivery, full setup, and same-day collection within 20 miles of our Midlands studio (before 9PM).

• One setup location per hire. For safety reasons, only Petal Wild staff may move or dismantle the arch. Moving the arch during your event is possible for an additional fee.

• For venues outside the 20-mile radius, bespoke delivery and setup quotes are available.

3. Confirm your order by paying the deposit amount.  Full payment will be invoiced 30 days prior to your event.
