Q. How do I rent a wedding arch or floral arrangement?

A. Visit our ‘Wedding Rentals‘ page, then click ‘book now’ on the rental collection you are interested in, to find out how to rent.

Q.  How do I pay for my wedding flower rental?

A. To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. Remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. Payments are accepted via major credit/debit cards and PayPal, and are processed securely.

Q. Does delivery and setup come with my wedding flower rental?

A. Yes! All rentals include delivery, setup, and pickup within 20 miles of our Shepshed warehouse. For locations further than 20 miles, delivery costs are calculated based on distance and setup requirements. For a specific quote, please email us.

Q. What are the pickup fees after 9pm?

A: 9:30PM charge of £40

10PM charge of £80

10:30PM charge of £120

11:00PM charge of £160

11:30PM charge of £200

12:00AM charge of £240

However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups to avoid these fees when possible.  This will depend on if the venue will allow us, if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day.

Q. How much does delivery cost if it is not within 20 miles of the warehouse? 

A. For locations over 25 miles from our warehouse, we charge £1 per mile, up to a maximum of 75 miles. Delivery includes setup and pickup unless otherwise arranged.

Q.  What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/ location only?

A. That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location.  Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.

Q.   Can I see the wedding arch in person before renting?

A. Due to the size of our arches, we do not offer in-person viewings. However, we provide detailed photos and videos on our website and Instagram @petal_wild so you can see exactly what your rental will look like.

Q.  Can I request a different floral arrangements be made and rented for my altar/ arch / backdrop?

A. Our arrangements can be customised with pops of colour to help you to create a cohesive look on your wedding day.  Please visit our Instagram account @petal_wild to see how other couples have done exactly that!

Q. 9. How much does it cost to add pops of colour to my rental items?

A: Custom colour additions cost:

  • Full colour pops: 15% of the rental item price

  • Minimal colour pops: 10% of the rental item price

For example, adding full colour pops to the Helena Broken Arches (£995) would cost an additional £149.25.
